BEXTON

• A township in Knutsford Parish, Bucklow Hundred (SJ 7477). In 1936 part of the civil parish was transferred to Knutsford.
• The population was 49 in 1801, 87 in 1851, 124 in 1901 and 11 in 1951.

• Knutsford, St. John the Baptist (C of E). The ancient parish church for Bexton.
• Toft, St. John the Evangelist (C of E). The parish church for part of Bexton since 1855.
