Hoseside Road/Elleray Park Road.
"All that portion of the New Parish (sometime District Chapelry) of Saint James, New Brighton, in the County of Chester and in the Diocese of Chester, which is bounded upon part of the south west by the Parish of Wallasey, in the said County and Diocese, upon the south east partly by the said Parish of Wallasey and partly by the New Parish of Emmanuel, New Brighton, in the said County and Diocese, upon part of the north east by the said New Parish of Emmanuel, New Brighton, and upon the remaining sides, that is to say, upon the remaining part of the north east, upon the north, and upon the remaining part of the south west, by an imaginary line commencing upon the boundary which divides the said New Parish of Emmanuel, New Brighton, from the said New Parish of Saint James, New Brighton, at the junction of Grafton Road, Bromley Road and Shiel Road, and extending thence north westward along the middle of Shiel Road for a distance of 4½ chains or thereabouts to its junction with Sudworth Road, and extending thence south westward along the middle of Sudworth Road for a distance of 12½ chains or thereabouts to its junction with Mount Road, and extending thence north westward along the middle of Mount Road for a distance of 9½ chains or thereabouts to a point opposite to the wall or fence forming the north western boundary of the houses and premises situate on the north western side of the road called Seafield Drive, and extending thence south westward to and along the said wall or fence for a distance of 11½ chains or thereabouts to the point where it reaches the north eastern side of Rockland Road, and extending thence first south westward to and then south eastward along the middle of Rockland Road for a distance in all of 12½ chains or thereabouts to its junction with Grove Road upon the boundary which divides the said New Parish of Saint James, New Brighton, from the said Parish of Wallasey".
