An ancient parish church, serving the townships of Kermincham and Swettenham.
The parish was affected by the following boundary change:
On 23 June 1971 the district was amalgamated with that of Brereton cum Smethwick: St. Oswald to form the combined district of "Brereton with Swettenham".
