HUNTINGTON
Huntington was a township in St. Oswald's Parish, Broxton Hundred (SJ
4263), which became a civil parish in 1866.
Including the hamlets of Butterbache (part), Cheaveley and Saighton Camp.
The population was 111 in 1801, 129 in 1851, 121 in 1901, and 2614 in 1951.

Huntington, St. Luke (C of E). Chester Road. Founded 1965 as the parish church for Huntington. Registers of Baptisms from 1985 and Marriages from 1989 are held at the
church (no burials).
