LITTLE NESTON
- Little Neston was a township in Neston Parish, Wirral Hundred (SJ
2976), which became a civil parish in 1866.
- In 1889 the detached hamlets of Blakeley Brow and Hargrave were transferred
from Little Neston to Raby.
- In 1894 the remainder of Little Neston was
added to Neston cum Parkgate.
- Including the hamlet of Windle Hill
- The population was 254 in 1801, 51 in 1851, and 1225 in 1901.
