LITTLE SUTTON
- Little Sutton was a township in Eastham Parish, Wirral Hundred (SJ
3676), which became a civil parish in 1866.
- In 1950 the whole of Little Sutton was added to Ellesmere Port.
- Included the hamlets of Gorsthill and Woodhey.
- The population was 166 in 1801, 432 in 1851, and 1109 in 1901.

- Eastham, St. Mary (C of E). The ancient parish church for Little Sutton.
- Hooton, St. Paul (C of E). The parish church from 1862.
- Little Sutton, Presbyterian Church. Built in 1838.
- Little Sutton, Methodist Chapel (Wesleyan). Built in 1840.
