Northwich, St. Wilfrid (Roman Catholic). Founded 1840 in York Buildings, from 1852 leased former independent chapel in Cross Street. The present
church in Witton Street was built in 1866. Registers of baptisms 1857–1945, marriages 1856–1947 and burials 1862–1937 are at the Cheshire Record Office.
