OFFERTON
- Offerton was a township in Stockport parish, Macclesfield Hundred (SJ 9188),
, which became a civil parish in 1866.
- In 1900 the whole of Offerton was added to Hazel Grove cum Bramhall
(although most of this area became part of Stockport civil parish
in 1935).
- The population was 351 in 1801, 352 in 1851, and 558 in 1901.
