TABLEY SUPERIOR
- Tabley Superior (or Over Tabley) was a township in Rostherne
ancient parish, Bucklow hundred (SJ 7280), which became a civil parish in 1866.
- It includes the hamlets of Over Tabley, Sudlow, Tabley Brook, Tabley Hill and
Tabley Vale.
- The population was 392 in 1801, 537 in 1851, 493 in 1901, and 368 in 1951.
