TILSTONE FEARNALL

• Tilstone Fearnall was a township in Bunbury ancient parish, Eddisbury hundred (SJ 5660), which became a civil parish in 1866.
• It includes the hamlets of Stages Platt and Tilstone Bank.
• The population was 130 in 1801, 155 in 1851, 184 in 1901, and 146 in 1951.

Boundary Changes

• 1936 April 1 — Lost part to Bunbury (233 acres, pop. 28 in 1931)
