TILSTONE FEARNALL
Tilstone Fearnall was a township in Bunbury Parish, Eddisbury Hundred
(SJ 5660), which became a civil parish in 1866.
Including the hamlets of Stages Platt and Tilstone Bank.
The population was 130 in 1801, 155 in 1851, 184 in 1901, and 146 in 1951.

Tilstone Fearnall, St. Jude (C of E). Founded in 1837 as a chapel to Bunbury, becoming the parish church for Alpraham ,
Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall in 1901. Registers of Baptisms 1838–73 & 1889–1901, Marriages 1901–1997 and Burials 1848–73 & 1889–1901 have
been deposited at the Cheshire Record Office .
