How BACSA works & how we help

Conservation. We help to conserve old European cemeteries.
Preservation. We promote preserving historic tombs and monuments.
Archiving. We record old cemeteries and the inscriptions on the graves.

BACSA’s remit extends over a wide area of South and East Asia where the East India Company operated, with the exception of World War graves looked after by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

Bringing together people with a concern for the European cemeteries, isolated graves and monuments in South Asia
